I don't sell AI. I build leverage you own.
There's a lot of noise right now, and a lot of tools that quietly become a tax you can never stop paying. My work is the opposite of that — a repeatable method and a clear stance on who AI should actually serve. I run it on my own systems before I ever bring it to yours.
The method

Decomposition
Most AI projects fail because nobody scoped them. I break the work into small, ordered steps with explicit dependencies — so progress is legible, risk is visible early, and nothing ships on a hunch. Big, vague transformations become a sequence of things we can actually prove.
Inquiry
Before I build anything, I ask. Who is this really for, what is the job to be done, what constraints are non-negotiable, where does the data live. An hour of honest inquiry saves weeks of building the wrong thing confidently. I lead with the question, not the demo.
AI Collaboration
I put AI to work under human control — crews of agents that build, test, and adversarially check each other, with a person owning every decision that matters. That's how a small team ships principal-grade systems. Leverage, never abdication.
I dogfood my own method
My own operation runs on a structured knowledge system with a human-gated agent crew and a build → adversarial-audit → harvest loop, on sovereign, subscription-based inference — with no per-token vendor billing anywhere in it. Every system I ship for a client is built the way I build my own: decomposed, interrogated, and verified before anyone trusts it.
The discipline isn't a slide in a deck. It's wired into how the work actually runs — which is exactly why it holds up under a real deadline.
What I believe
Human-first, or it doesn't ship
AI should make your people sharper — extend their judgment and their reach — not surveil them or quietly replace them. I design the system around the humans who have to live inside it. If adoption isn't real, the project didn't work, no matter what the demo looked like.
You should own your systems
I run my own stack on infrastructure I control — no per-token vendor meter quietly running in the background. I build the same way for clients: toward systems you own, where your data and your leverage stay yours. Costs that compound into equity beat costs that compound into rent.
Strategy you can't ship is theater
I've sat through the deck that dies in a drawer. The whole point of 4C is that the person who thinks the strategy is the person who builds the thing — so the gap between the plan and the working system closes instead of becoming next year's backlog.
Families and communities over capture
This is the conviction underneath all of it: people and their independence come before any vendor's roadmap or private-equity thesis. I build leverage that stays with the organization that earned it. That belief is why I do the work — and why I won't build the other kind.
