I've spent my career in the space between operations and software — sales, ops, product, development — which is a long way of saying I think about AI the way an operator does, not the way a vendor does. Where does it create real leverage? Who has to live inside the system once the demo is over? And when the dust settles, who actually owns it?
I'm the systems architect behind FutureBuild's intelligent ecosystem and Velocity by BuilderWire, and the architect of the Gable platform. That's the part I care about most: I don't just advise on AI, I ship it — into real, demanding industries, for the people who actually use it. My method is simple to say and hard to do — decomposition, inquiry, and AI collaboration — and it's the same method behind my own tools, which I run on infrastructure I own.
